RIP is a barbell programme for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allowing participants to work at their own level.
Body Conditioning
No corners to cut - just hard work, sweat and fun. Improve your strength and endurance using barbells, handheld weights and other studio equipment , good music and all that you’ve got to give.
Crosstrain Circuits
It is all about hard work and fun. Using various equipment improves your cardiovascular fitness, respiratory endurance, sports performance, strength, flexibility, power, speed coordination, agility and balance.
Circuits
Be prepared to be drilled, pushed and pulled through a series of exercise circuits. This class will improve strength, stamina and cardio fitness.
20/20/10
Join us for an invigorating workout that includes everything you need in a balanced workout. This 50 minute class includes 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes core and stretching. The class incorporates various cardio exercises and uses different equipment to continue to challenge your body.
