Gym FAQs

How do I book my induction with the gym?
When you join you will be booked for an induction. You may also book in at any time to review your programme with a member of the gym team where you can discuss your goals or carry out health and fitness testing/measurements.

The rates are really good, what’s the catch?
There is no catch! PGFC is run by the Westway Development Trust, a charitable organisation set up to improve the lives of the residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and now provides facilities for people right across the South East with provisions such as Portobello Green Fitness Club.

Will I be shown how to use the equipment?

These 1:1 sessions are just the beginning; our team on the gym floor are there to give advice or help you whenever you need it, so don’t be afraid to ask!
