This  year we are running a broader range of activities, as well as our programme of fitness sessions at the Club we are also offering the chance to join in some multi sport sessions at Sion Manning School and a week of sports to try at our sister club, the Westway Sports Centre!

All participants in the summer programme must bring with them a completed and signed consent form. Without this participation in the sessions will  not be possible. This also applies to current Grove Fitness members.
