All of our free weights are pure metal rather than rubber or plastic. Metal free weights are much more accurate than rubber or plastic ones which tend to weigh in at less than the stated amount. Therefore, you get a better workout using metal. In addition, you’ll find:
• 4 leg exercise machines • 2 calf machines • 3 benches suitable for chest workouts • 2 benches for bench pressing (or chest workouts with an Olympic bar) • Adjustable incline bench • Smith machine • Leg curl machine (to exercise hamstrings/gluteus muscles) • Upper crossover machine (triceps/back/shoulders) • Lower crossover machine (biceps/shoulders/back) • Floor based crossover machine (back exercises) • 3 singular cable crossover machines • Double cable crossover (various workouts on different parts of the body) • Wide grip pull-down machine (back workouts) • Pec fly machine (chest)
